performs around the Bay Area as a soloist, accompanist and ensemble member. She has been teaching piano privately since 1997 to students of all ages and levels. She received her Bachelor's degree in piano performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where she studied with Mack McCray and her Master's degree in piano performance and literature from Mills College where she focused on new music. is a pianist and songwriter. Born in Denver, CO to a musical family—she is the daughter of Americana/roots musicians Mollie O'Brien and Rich Moore, and the niece of Grammy-winning multi-instrumentalist Tim O'Brien—Lucy has performed since a young age. She is a graduate of Mills College, where she studied with Robert Schwartz, Maggi Payne and Truong Tran. Lucy lives and works in New York City.


is a multi-instrumentalist and composer-improviser residing in the San Francisco Bay area. He performs regularly with several jazz and free improvisation groups including True Collapse and the Dale-Glenn-Hoopes Trio. He has composed for a variety of settings, from orchestral and chamber music to jazz and film scores. Most recently, he has provided music for the short film Milo's Wheels (by director Anders Osterballe) and completed commissioned works for the Sacramento-based chamber ensemble Orchestra 21. He is also a skilled conductor and educator who has directed operatic, orchestral, and musical theater performances and he currently maintains a large studio of private students in the East Bay Area. is a pianist and composer based in San Francisco, CA. He received his BA in Music and Education from the University of California, Berkeley studying with John Thow, as well as extended stints at the G.B. Martini Conservatory of Bologna, the Department of Art, Music, and Theater (DAMS) of the University of Bologna, and Mills College in Oakland, CA. paul
is an interdisciplinary artist working in sculpture, performance and sound. As a musician, his interests are in all forms of contemporary and experimental music, those involving piano being of particular importance as it is his primary instrument. In addition to performing notated pieces, Paul has also studied free improvisation at the piano under Roscoe Mitchell, electronic processing techniques under John Bischoff, and performance aesthetics with the Great Laetitia Sonami. kanoko
is a performer currently based in SF/Bay Area. Though classically trained on piano, receiving a BA in Classical Music Performance from Mills College, her recent interest has primarily been in performing 20th century and contemporary musical compositions for piano as well as for koto (Japanese 13-string zither), and free-improvisation in various different contexts, with musicians, as well as dancers, poets, and visual artists.
